Cardinal Landscape Associates LLC ("Cardinal," "we," "us") collects only what we need to give you a quote and do the work you ask for. We never sell your information.
What we collect
Information you give us when you request a quote, fill out a form (including Facebook and Instagram lead forms), call, text, or email us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about the service you want.
Website and ad data collected automatically when you visit cardinallm.net or quote.cardinallm.net: pages viewed, device and browser type, IP address, and cookie or pixel data (including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) used to measure our ads and show you relevant ones.
Job records once you become a customer: service history, photos of the work, invoices, and payment status. We do not store full credit card numbers; payments are processed by our payment provider.
How we use it
To prepare and send your quote and follow up on it. To schedule, perform, and bill for the work. To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your quote, your service, or seasonal offers. To measure and improve our advertising and website.
By giving us your phone number you agree that we may text you. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time (see Your choices).
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our business, and only so they can do that job for us: our field-service and invoicing software (Jobber), our phone and texting provider, our payment processor, our email service, and advertising platforms (Meta, Google) for measurement. We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
Your choices
Texts: reply STOP to any text from us to opt out.
Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Cookies and ads: you can block cookies in your browser and adjust ad settings in your Facebook and Google accounts.
Your data: email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We keep customer records as long as needed for the work, warranties, and tax and accounting requirements.
Our services are for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
